  9. Inspection: It is the responsibility of the customer to do a thorough inspection of work completed. After payment, an inspection is assumed as well as satisfaction with work rendered. Any additional items or material discovered after the crew has left the job site, whether forgotten or otherwise, will be subject to additional fees if a return trip is requested. 
  10. Payor: All business and business matters will be handled with the following persons only: The homeowner, land or property owner, person who is paying for the work to be done, or the spouse, child, parent, legal caretaker or legal guardian of person who is paying for the service or owns the home, land or property.  
  11. Assumption of Risk: When hiring Moon Junk Removal or it’s employees, contractors or associates you are acknowledging and agreeing to a reasonable acceptance of risk, to include, but not limited to, damage to windows, stairs, walls, floors, doors, appliances, furniture and other parts of the dwelling or property as well as things inside or outside the home or building. You understand that some or all of the former may occur during service and hereby accept and assume all risks associated with hiring and/or using the services of Moon Junk Removal and it’s associates, contractors, and employees and you acknowledge that you alone are responsible for your personal safety and the security, maintenance and management of all property and material in your possession and under your care. By using our service you accept all responsibility for the risks, conditions and hazards which may exist during the service, whether or not you at the time know of or foresee the specific risk, condition or hazard that results in injury, damage, loss or incurred expenses of any kind.
